Teaching

Dr. Kleib’s teaching practice aims to facilitate authentic learning experiences that foster learners’ growth and help them achieve goals they have set out for themselves. At the undergraduate level, she teaches NURS 300 “Health Policy, Health Care Organizations, Change Management,” and NURS 200 "Innovation, Systems Thinking, & Leadership in Healthcare." At the graduate level, she teaches NURS 508 “Healthcare Technology & Innovation”, NURS 568 “Advanced Leadership in Health Systems.” Dr. Kleib works collaboratively with graduate students to advance their research training in areas of interest related to nursing informatics and digital health education and practice. NURS 200 - Innovation, Systems Thinking and Leadership in Healthcare

An introduction to the concepts of innovation, health technology, systems thinking and relational leadership in a healthcare context. The course develops the knowledge, skills and values that foster personal capacity for innovation and relational leadership. Note: Available only to nursing students in the Collaborative Program.
