How Lee

I have been a Lecturer with the Faculty of Nursing since 2007. I teach in the undergraduate program in a variety of areas primarily in clinical courses which include mental health and community, acute medical-surgical nursing, and in the final senior nursing practicum in the areas of surgery and the operating room. I also teach in the After-Degree program in the theory and clinical portions of the mental health/psychiatry courses.

My clinical experience has been in mental health/psychiatric nursing, the pediatric operating room, and medical-surgical nursing. My research interests are in nursing education specifically in the area of standardized patients and in leadership and management of health services which was the focus of my master's thesis entitled Leadership and Manager Worklife, Burnout, and Job Satisfaction.
