Graduate Statistics Refresher Workshop

This five-module workshop is intended to prepare individuals who have completed an undergraduate statistics course for a graduate-level introductory statistics course.

Topics reviewed include levels of measurement, descriptive statistics, reading graphs and tables, probability and the normal curve, and parametric and non-parametric inferential statisticsThe workshop does not include learning how to use SPSS or relate software programs. Rather, the workshop focuses on learning how to assess and interpret statistical tests.

The workshop is offered over a five-week period online using an asynchronous format. Registration begins May 1, 2021, until August 2, 2021. 

Each module includes a short introductory video and a PowerPoint with exercises. The instructor, Dr. Karin Olson, will hold live office hours via zoom once a week to discuss any questions individuals may have regarding workshop material.

The cost is $62.00.
