Kaitlyn joined the CLEAR Outcomes team as a research assistant in May 2014. She is a doctoral student, registered nurse (ED) and research coordinator working to manage all CLEAR Outcomes projects. She graduated from the University of Alberta with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing Honors in the spring of 2016 and  is now a doctoral student in the PhD Bypass program.Her research interests are around leadership in healthcare and enhancing relationships and communication between healthcare providers during older persons’ transitions in care.

Sarah Lee completed a BSc in Nutritional Sciences from the University of British Columbia and a MSc in Nutrition and Metabolism from the University of Alberta. She joined CLEAR Outcomes in May 2016, as a Research Assistant. She currently works on a number of active projects.


Matthew Pietrosanu
Research Analyst

 

Matthew Pietrosanu completed an Honours BSc in Applied Mathematics and is currently completing an Honours BSc in Statistics. He joined CLEAR Outcomes in January 2016 and currently supports a number of projects with statistical work and collaborates with other members of the CLEAR Outcomes team. He is interested in pursuing further studies in Biostatistics.

Liza Chatterjee

Liza Chatterjee

Liza joined CLEAR Outcomes as a research volunteer in September, 2017. Currently entering her fourth year as an undergraduate student in the bilingual nursing program at the University of Alberta, Liza is also a student of the Peter Lougheed Leadership College. She hopes to pursue additional studies, and participate in future nursing research. Her interests lie in the areas of leadership, health equity, and linguistic and cultural accommodation in health care.

Simone joined the CLEAR Outcomes team as a research volunteer in September 2017. She is a Brazilian nurse who graduated with a Bachelor and Teaching degree in Nursing at the University of Campinas, Brazil, in 2010. She also has a specialization in Perfusion, from the Federal University of Sao Paulo, and a background in Nursing Emergency in a residency program. She worked as a nursing teacher for two years and since 2011 she has been working as a civil servant judicial nurse at the Court of the State of Sao Paulo, Brazil. Some of her areas of interest are leadership in nursing and the impact of education on building the nursing workforce.
