What This Program Doesn’t Do
Taking this Post-Professional program will NOT directly allow internationally-educated occupational therapists (IEOTs) to work in Canada as an occupational therapist.
To be eligible to work in Canada IEOTs must FIRST apply to the Association of Canadian Occupational Therapy Regulatory Organizations (ACOTRO) to complete an assessment process called the Substantial Equivalency Assessment System (SEAS). This process has several steps and associated fees.
