The planning team for the Interprofessional Eye Care Forum is pleased to inform you that the 6th Annual Interprofessional Eye Care Forum will be held on Feb 20, 2021 via Zoom Webinar.

The forum is being planned with input from various stakeholders and is taking into consideration the evaluation forms that were completed from the 5th Annual Interprofessional Forum in Jan 2020. Please follow the link below to register online.
