Windsor Car Park access barriers

In partnership with UAPS, Parking Services has installed access barriers on level 6 of the Windsor Car Park in order to manage unauthorized use of the upper levels after hours. Unauthorized use of the car park was creating a noise nuisance for the neighbouring community and presenting a danger to others.

The barriers will remain there is a need to open additional levels.
