Canadian Residents Seeking a Pediatric Elective at the University of Alberta

An incoming resident elective is a trainee who is enrolled in an accredited Postgraduate Medical Education Program at another institution and is coming to the University of Alberta to undertake a segment of their training. The training they receive at the University of Alberta is to be evaluated and counted towards their training program at their home institution.

University of Alberta Residents Seeking Canadian Electives

An outgoing resident elective is any trainee who is currently enrolled in a University of Alberta Postgraduate Medical Education program and is planning to pursue an elective experience outside the University of Alberta as part of their postgraduate training. Rotation objectives must be clearly determined and appropriate evaluations obtained.

University of Alberta Residents Seeking International Electives

An outgoing resident elective is any trainee who is currently enrolled in a University of Alberta Postgraduate Medical Education program and is planning to pursue an elective experience outside the University of Alberta as part of their postgraduate training.
