Examinations During Pediatric Rotation

Students write the following examinations:

OSCE (Objective Structured Clinical Examination) - used to test clinical skill performance and competence in skills such as communication, clinical examination, medical procedures, prescription writing, joint mobilization/manipulation techniques, and interpretation of results. There are ten stations, in which a learner may encounter a standardized patient, a structured oral examination, visual information (x-rays, etc), simulators, or a written task.

MCQ (Multiple Choice Question) - a 90 minute computer based exam.
