Hair Massacure is an operating grant in partnership with the Women and Children's Health Research Institute that provides competitive funding to support both clinical and discovery research investigations that may impact our understanding of pediatric oncology or lead to improved health outcomes for children with cancer.
Funding of up to $60,000 is available for a one-year period. The deadline for applications is December 4, 2017, at 4 p.m.
The principal investigator (PI) must be a faculty member in the Faculty of Medicine & Dentistry at the University of Alberta, and if the PI does not have a primary appointment in the Division of Pediatric Immunology, Hematology, Oncology, Palliative Care, and Environmental Health (iHOPE), Department of Pediatrics there must be a co-PI with a primary appointment in the iHOPE Division.
