Pidsadowski's I.D.A. Pharmacy
My pharmacy is located in Westlock, a rural town about an hour north of Edmonton. We have a high seniors population and have the opportunity to provide personalized care for our patients. We focus on having the correct staffing levels to allow the pharmacist to take time to understand and help each patient as they need. We also ensure a balance of work and home life by maintaining weekends off and closing by 5:30 p.m. during the week. Being an independent pharmacy has allowed me to ensure that I and my staff do not get burned out and still enjoy our jobs, even throughout the pandemic.
