Please read your welcome letter from the Faculty carefully. It includes important dates and deadlines as well as forms and requirements that you will need to take care of prior to your arrival.

August 9
- Deadline to upload your ID photo to the ONEcard Office.
August 18
- Register for or activate approved Accommodations with Accommodations + Accessibility Services
- Email Student Services to describe any planned absences due to religious observations or important life events you would like to seek accommodations for
August 18
- Deadline to submit the following forms: Informed Consent and Disclosure of Personal Information Form and Self Declaration Form
August 30 & 31
- Two-day in person program orientation
September 5
- Classes start
September 8
- Building a Culture of Consent on Campus: Addressing Sexual Violence in the University Context certificate due
September 18
- Web registration for Fall term closes at midnight
September 29
- PIC with Vulnerable Sector Search must be uploaded to Alfresco
- Tuition Payment Deadline for Fall 2023
November 30
- Deadline to register with ACP
January 5
- Faculty Immunization Clearance Form due, and can be uploaded to Alfresco
January 19
- Web registration for Winter term closes at midnight
January 31
- Tuition Payment Deadline for Winter 2024
March 29
- Deadline for submission of a copy of your Standard or Emergency First Aid, Level C CPR Certificate to Alfresco
- Deadline to enter your 5 digit ACP license number in CORE Elms
