CPhA Centennial Award Details

This scholarship enables a third-year student to join with pharmacists and fellow students in attending the Annual General Meeting of the Canadian Pharmaceutical Association. 

Criteria
  • CPhA student membership: sign-up for your free membership 
  • Active promotion of the profession and faculty of pharmacy (e.g. undergraduate student involvement on student council, representation on pharmacy association boards, participation in extracurricular activities, involvement in projects that promote the role of the pharmacist, serving as an ambassador for the faculty and the profession, etc.)
  • Good academic standing
  • Availability to participate in the awards program and CPhA Annual National Conference
Application 

By self nomination *Note you must be a CPhA student member.

Please submit the following:
  1. A one-page nomination letter describing why you feel you are deserving of the award
  2. A copy of your CV (two-page maximum) highlighting activities that promote the faculty and the profession including but not limited to undergraduate student involvement, including student council, representation on local, provincial or national pharmacy associations or university committees  participation in student athletics, and other extracurricular activities; involvement in projects that promote the role of the pharmacist; serving as an ambassador for the faculty and the profession.
