Experiential Education

Welcome!! Our experiential education program spans from first to fourth year as well as across the Doctor of Pharmacy Program. Student placements are scheduled in a variety of practice setting across the province to best prepare our graduates to meet the health care needs of all Albertans.

As a student pharmacist you will have the opportunity to hone your skills under the guidance of our trained preceptors, in some settings such as these;

  • Institutions 
  • Community pharmacies 
  • Ambulatory clinics (including Primary Care Networks or Family Care Clinics)
  • Specialty sites/Out of province
