Specialization Electives

If you have questions please contact Student Services: studentservices-pharmacy@ualberta.ca

Specialization Electives must be University of Alberta courses and must be taken during year four of the program. Transfer credit is not accepted for specialization electives.

*Options: see University of Alberta Calendar - Program of Courses, scroll down to Options sub-heading (beneath Specialization Electives sub-heading)

Options normally are selected from courses offered outside the Faculty of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences. These courses allow students to pursue areas of personal interest and promote a liberal education.

Note: Only one junior course from each subject area is permitted. Junior courses are those numbered 199 or lower.
