Congratulations to Dr. Hassan Masoud!

The COVID-19 Remote Teaching Award was established to recognize the outstanding efforts of professors, instructors, and the many people who support them as our institution made a very significant adjustment to remote learning during the pandemic. This was an extremely competitive award, with only twenty awards given out across the University this year.

Hassan’s nomination stood out for his commitment to providing an accessible, engaging, effective, and well-organized learning environment. Despite the challenges of remote teaching, Hassan always displayed compassionate flexibility and worked hard to foster and build relationships with and among your students.
