Q: The garbage in my office builds up over the two weeks between cleaning. What can I do about this?

A: There are larger waste receptacles located in or near your space that you may dump your office containers into.

Q:  Why doesn’t my desk side recycle container get emptied?

A:  It is your responsibility to empty your desk side container into one of the larger recycle containers located in or near your space.

Q: Why does my desk not get cleaned?   

A:  The custodial staff will not move or touch personal items, papers, folders, etc. If your desk requires cleaning, please remove all personal items to receive this service.

Q:  Can I order a special or extra cleaning?

A:  Yes. However, items outside of the standards provided will be at extra cost.
