The Prince Takamado Japan Centre will be hosting information sessions for those interested in taking part in a summer exchange program to Japan through the University of Alberta. Sessions will be held from 12:00-1:30PM on October 9/10 - in TELUS Centre 236. This year there are two options available:
Summer Program in Japan
• 5 week long Intensive Japanese Language Program
• 6 credits in JAPAN 2XX or 3XX
• Japanese culture and language field work
• Japanese language prerequisit: JAPAN 202 (or equivalent)
Understanding Japanese Game Culture
• 2 week long course taught by the University of Alberta
• 3 credits in Interdisciplinary Studies 225
• Course taught entirely in English
• Multiple field trips include Kyoto, Osaka and Tokyo
