U of A ACCESS Open Minds

The University of Alberta is the first and only post-secondary research site.

Dean of Students' Service Excellence Awards

Nominations are now open for this year's Service Excellence Awards! These awards recognize excellence in the work of our dedicated DoS portfolio team members including full-time and part-time staff/contractors, student-employees, and volunteers across all U of A campuses.

Multi-faith Prayer and Meditation Space

The Multi-Faith Prayer and Meditation Space in 172 HUB has been provided by the University of Alberta as an inclusive space for the campus community, with sensitivity to the specific requirements of diverse faith groups on campus. Although primarily for prayer and meditation, this space is available for dialogues and conference meetings, mentorship of student religious leaders, and spiritually based engagement that express a specifically interfaith perspective.

Students Who Parent Project

The goal of the Students Who Parent Project is to enhance support for the U of A's student parents and meaningfully shift perceptions of our student parents on campus.

Grief Support

Losing a friend or loved one is difficult and navigating grief can be challenging. Learn strategies to help you work through loss at sessions focused on the stages of bereavement, coping strategies for grief, and supports available. Anyone at any stage of the grief process will find these workshops beneficial.
