The 2017 Gay Bisanz Memorial Turkey Challenge is set to commence on Friday, November 24, 2017. The Turkey Challenge runs for last two weeks of term in support of the CBC Turkey Drive, which donates proceeds to the Edmonton Food Bank. We have won the Turkey Spirit Award as top corporate team many times over the years. With the continued downturn in the economy the need is great this year. Let's make make this the best one yet!
Graduate students will spearhead the popular Pie-A-Prof event, and the lucky "winner" will be pied on the last day of class as usual. The crafters and the bakers are already planning their wares. Gift baskets and raffle items will be gratefully accepted. Please let me know what you and your teams are planning and whether you will need support for your event. If you have any fundraising ideas, let me know!
