This award recognizes the outstanding career achievements and contributions made over a number of years by a School of Public Health alumnus(a).
A nomination must include:
- one completed nomination form
- a letter from the nominee (self-nomination permitted), or from the individual nominating the alumnus(a).
- a CV / resume of the nominee
- minimum of one letter of reference from an individual who can speak to the nominee’s career achievements and contributions.
This award is given every three years except in years where the Alumni Anniversary Award is presented. The next Distinguished Alumni Award will be presented in September, 2019.
The deadline to submit a nomination is Sunday, March 17 at 11:45 p.m.
Nominations can be submitted by email or by mail.
