This award recognizes an alumnus(a) who has demonstrated the spirit of humanity in a local, national or international capacity through leadership, volunteerism and / or advocacy.
A nomination must include:
- one completed nomination form
- a letter from the nominee (self-nomination permitted), or a letter from the individual nominating the alumnus(a).
- a CV / resume of the nominee
- minimum of one letter of reference from an individual who can speak to the nominee’s impact from leadership, volunteerism and / or advocacy.
This award is given every three years except in years where the Alumni Anniversary Award is presented. The next This is Public Health award will be presented in September, 2018.
