Prepare a CV/Résumé that describes your work experience (including months and years), at each employer, whether full or part time work, and a brief description of employment duties. Education, volunteer experience, and other relevant activities should also be included.

Download the letter of reference.
Forward to your referee to complete, references must be emailed from the referee, directly to email@example.com.
Original transcripts are required for each institution(s) you attended for undergraduate training.
If you received your undergraduate degree from the University of Alberta, you do not need to supply original transcripts, your U of A ID number should be on your application form.
Original transcripts must be mailed directly from the institution to:
