Eligibility
Awarded to a student who is full or part time in a master's degree program in the School of Public Health and who has a minimum of satisfactory academic standing. Recipients will be selected based on academic achievement and demonstrated interest and involvement in the area of immunization and control / elimination of communicable disease.
Application
Eligible applicants must provide:
- A completed a Scholarship and Award Application Form, including the general appraisal
- A current curriculum vitae
- A current, unofficial University of Alberta transcript.
Eligible students should submit the form and CV as one Word format document to sph.programs@ualberta.ca by 12:00 noon on Monday, May 27, 2019.
NOTE: Newly admitted students for Fall 2019 are required to submit copies of all of their transcripts.
