All RO student services are delivered through Student Connect, the Office of the Registrar's student service centre, located on the main floor of the Administration Building. Student Connect services are provided in person, over the phone, and via email.

New Student Connect Hours

Please note that the public hours of operation for Student Connect and related public-facing units within the Registrar’s Office will be changing. As of Monday, March 16, Student Connect will be open: 

Monday - Friday from 10 a.m. - 4 p.m.
Lunch-time closure from 12 p.m. - 1 p.m.

Options for Applicants affected by COVID-19

With a growing number of school and English Language Testing Centres closures around the world, the university has made adjustments for applicants from affected regions who may not be able to obtain final (and official) documents and/or take a currently recognized ELP test. Learn more »

IELTS/TOEFL test results

If you are fulfilling English Language Proficiency or Spoken English Proficiency with an IELTS or TOEFL test and you have already received your results, you can upload an electronic copy of your Test Report Form through your UAlberta Launchpad. Learn more »
