Access your Voicemail

  • Dial 780-492-2000 OR Dial your number
  • Once you hear your greeting press * (star)
  • Your ID is your extension number (e.g. 2-0329 or 8-2035)
  • followed by # (pound) password is the one you have set

Change your Greeting

  • Once signed into your voicemail select 4 + 1 + 1 and follow the instructions

Set Up Voicemail

To have voicemail to email set up, provide Noriko Hessmann ( noriko.hessmann@ualberta.ca) with your phone number and email address. If you would like to have your phone number forwarded to a different number, that requires physically selecting the forward feature on the phone set. If this is something you would like done, please let Noriko know.
