As part of the University of Alberta's response to COVID-19, they have advised all employees who can work from home to do so. Postdoctoral Scholars Recruitment Awards - April 1st

  • The electronic components should be emailed to Victoria. As of now, the Dean's Office is still open, so the hard copy components (ie the official transcripts) can be dropped off there, addressed to Victoria's attention.

If you will be working from home and would like to access your voicemail:

Dial 780-492-2000 OR Dial your own number and once you hear your greeting press * (star)
Your ID is your extension number (e.g. 2-0329 or 8-2035) followed by # (pound)
Password is the one you have set

To change your greeting, once signed into your voicemail select:
4 + 1 + 1 and follow the instructions.

To have voicemail to email set up, please provide Noriko Hessmann (noriko.hessmann@ualberta.ca) with your phone number and email address. If you would like to have your phone number forwarded to a different number, that requires physically selecting the forward feature on the phone set. If this is something you would like done, please let Noriko know.
