Small Talk Apps are a series of Apps that are designed for working with adult clients. There are different apps for Dysphagia, aphasia, oral motor exercises, etc. Some of the strengths of these apps are that they allow for focused practice on a specific skill and the apps are set up for efficient and easy application to the target group. Some of the limitations of this App are that they cannot be easily modified or adapted to meet the needs of individual clients, the Apps may not be very engaging (this will depend on the client), and they cannot easily track outcome measures.
