Meet SSHRC Representatives at Informal Q & A Sessions

Join Social Sciences and Humanities Research Council of Canada (SSHRC) representatives, Lina Crompton, program officer & Genevieve Truchon, senior program officer, at one of four informal question and answer sessions across campus. Please note that the Augustana Campus virtual session originally scheduled for 11:45 a.m. to 12:45 p.m. is cancelled.

All sessions are open to all in our research community. Sessions are informal and guided by your questions for Lina and Genevieve.
No registration required.

On November 21, 2018, come to one of the following sessions:
• Session 1 - 9:30 a.m. to 11 a.m. - Genevieve Truchon (en francais, in French), Campus St. Jean, 3-04 Lacerte
• Session 2 - 9:30 a.m. to 11 a.m. - Lina Crompton, Faculty of Nursing, Room 5-099, ECHA
• Session 3 - 1:30 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. - Genevieve Truchon, Faculty of Education, 2-111 RISE [Research Innovation Space in Education] Education North, Faculty of Education
• Session 4 - 1:30 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. - Lina Crompton, Faculty of Arts, Room 1-129, Tory Building

Lina & Genevieve will also present two formal sessions at Research Funding Fair on November 22 in ECHA. Registration is required for these sessions.

Lina Crompton has been a program officer within SSHRC's Research Grants & Partnership Division since 2015. In this time she has managed competitions for the Insight Grants, Connection Grants, and most recently the Indigenous Research Capacity and Reconciliation Grants.

Geneviève Truchon is a senior advisor within SSHRC's Research Training Portfolio. She started working at SSHRC in 2008 as a program officer within the Research Grants & Partnership Division where she used to deliver the Insight Grants and Insight Development Grants.
