Registration Information

• Registration is required for each course
• Participants are enrolled on a first-come, first-served basis
• One form per participant per course
• Full payment in Canadian currency is required at the time of registration for all courses

Limited Enrollment Courses

Certain courses are subject to limited enrolment; participants are enrolled on a first-come-first-served basis. Full payment of the tuition fee and submission of all relevant documentation is due at the time of registration.

Cancellation Policies

All courses are subject to cancellation if sufficient enrolment is not met.

Please Note: The Faculty of Medicine and Dentistry reserves the right to limit enrolment, cancel, or change the location, time, course content or teaching personnel of any course as may be deemed necessary or advisable.
