Fees and Payment Information

• Fees are charged for all treatment rendered.  
• The Oral Health Clinic* is pleased to offer electronic billing to insurance carriers for patients who have dental insurance coverage.
• As an added bonus, if an Explanation of Benefits is provided by the insurance carrier at the time of submission, the Oral Health Clinic is equally pleased to accept assignment of benefits requiring patients to only pay for any amounts not covered by their insurance plan once the dental treatment has been rendered.
• Patients are reminded to bring their dental insurance information to their visit as well as a form of payment (VISA, MasterCard, Debit) in the event that an Explanation of Benefits is not provided by their insurance carrier.
