    • If accepted into our program, the child and parent/legal guardian must return for a Diagnosis & Treatment Planning appointment where a student will determine the treatment plan, approximate duration of treatment and accompanying costs. There is a fee for this appointment.
    • At this appointment the student will determine the treatment plan, length of treatment, and accompanying costs.
  • Only children between the ages of 4 and 15 will be considered for this program. Children who are 16 and older must be screened for the Comprehensive Care program.
  • A parent or legal guardian must be present for all subsequent appointments - not only in case of emergency, but in case there is a change in the treatment plan which requires additional parental consent. Parents or legal guardians are asked to remain in the designated waiting areas while waiting for their children.
