Chantal Ritcey has successfully defended her thesis in the MLIS Program; the thesis is entitled "Representations of Aboriginal Women in Pregnancy Information Sources: A Critical Discourse Analysis." The project was supervised by Dr. Lisa Given (SLIS), with Drs. Heidi Julien (SLIS) and Cindy Jardine (School of Public Health) serving as committee members. Chantal works for the Alberta Government in the area of records management. Congratulations Chantal!
