Dr. Lisa Given Appointed Interim Director, Humanities Computing

Congratulations to SLIS Professor, Dr. Lisa Given, who has been appointed Interim Director of the Humanities Computing program during the Winter 2011 term. Lisa is an Adjunct Professor in Humanities Computing and has been involved very actively in the program, since its inception. She has served as a thesis supervisor to many of the joint SLIS/HuCo students over the years, as well as contributing to a number of committees related to the Humanities Computing Program.
