In the last little while, students from SLIS have been winning several travel awards. As already mentioned on our website, Rachel Cobb has won a Green & Gold Grant to travel to Oxford this summer, and Nicole Dalmer has also won a $500 Myer Horowitz Graduate Student Travel Award. Before this, a group of ten students won a group Green and Gold Grant worth $13,500 to travel to Jasper.
This week, Bethany MacCallum also picked up a $500 Myer Horowitz Graduate Student Travel Award, while Rachel Cobb has won more funding - she has picked up a $500 GSA Professional Development Grant.
