Brody successfully defended his M.Sc.on August 13, 2021.

Brody's MSc. research was focused on a suite of unique melt-bearing mantle xenoliths from the Chidliak kimberlite field, Baffin Island. His research involved a comprehensive major and trace element study to asses the origin of the melts, as well as determining the pressures and temperatures of origin of the xenoliths.

Brody went on to  work with Teck Resources Limited, Canada's largest diversified mining company.
