What do you love most about science?

I love being exposed to the many practical applications in science while getting to know what makes things so extraordinary.

Why do you think you think it is important to promote science to young people, and why are you a good science mentor?

Engaging in science really allows for youth to interact with their environment and learn how both our surroundings and science applications came to be. Like art and sports, this curiosity for science needs to be nurtured so that their potential, limitless ideas in the present can fully bloom in the future. I enjoy taking initiative in making sure that I can drive individuals to be the best versions of themselves and motivate them to learn more about science while making sure it resonates well with their interests.

Why did you want to work with Science Summer Camps?

Teaching Science Summer Camps is an eye-opening opportunity where I get to share my passion for computing science and technology in a welcoming environment. Teaching these concepts earlier will allow youth to develop and grow their passion early on so that they can have their best "OMG" moment when they finally discover and create something mind blowing while reinforcing their curiosity for science!
