Athletes are encouraged get involved with our Late-Entry Sports at the Train-to-Train stage (ages 12-15), or potentially at the Train-to-Compete stage (ages 15-18). These recommendations give young athletes their best opportunity to realize both meaningful competitive success and lifelong participation, and are consistent with the official Long-Term Athlete Development (LTAD) pathways put forward by each sport.
The Green & Gold Sport System features five Late-Entry Sports, including Climbing, Rowing, Triathlon, Ultimate, and Weightlifting.
