Athletes are encouraged get involved with our Mid-Entry Sports at the Learn-to-Train stage (ages 9-12), or potentially at the Train-to-Train stage (ages 12-15). These recommendations give young athletes their best opportunity to realize both meaningful competitive success and lifelong participation, and are consistent with the official Long-Term Athlete Development (LTAD) pathways put forward by each sport.
The Green & Gold Sport System offers six Mid-Entry Sports, including Curling, Football, Rugby, Track and Field, Volleyball, and Wrestling. Each of these Mid-Entry Sports has a dedicated Junior Sport Page, which can be accessed on the menu to the left.
