Mental Training

Mental training includes learning and applying a variety of skills geared towards improving athletic performance. It can be delivered in a variety of forms including embedded activities/challenges in the Sport Performance Centre, online profiling, individual consulting, team sessions, and coach education. Our program helps athletes of all ages develop a variety of skills such as focus, goal setting, and relaxation, which can enhance their ability to perform under pressure and reach their peak performance.
