FUNdamentals (Ages 6-8)

The FUNdamentals stage of the Long-Term Athlete Development (LTAD) framework is intended to help participants improve their fundamental movement skills and build the basic skills associated with a variety of sports that are best initiated at this stage. All FUNdamentals camps have been designed in conjunction with our Golden Bears and Pandas coaches and Faculty of Kinesiology, Sport, and Recreation experts.

What is a typical schedule like?

8:30 am - 8:45 am Camper Drop-Off
8:45 am Camp Start
8:45 am 1st Activity Block
10:15 am Rest break
10:30 am 2nd Activity Block
12:00 pm Lunch Break
1:00 pm 3rd Activity Block
2:30 pm Rest Break
2:45 pm 4th Activity Block
4:15 pm Camp End
4:15 pm - 4:30 pm Camper Pick-up
