Train-to-Compete (Ages 15 - 17)

The Train-to-Compete stage of the Long-Term Athlete Development (LTAD) framework is intended to help participants advance and refine their sport-specific skills and enhance their general athletic skills. All Train-to-Compete camps have been designed in conjunction with our Golden Bears and Pandas coaches and Faculty of Kinesiology, Sport, and Recreation experts.

What is a typical schedule like?

8:30 am - 8:45 am Camper Drop-Off
8:45 am Camp Start
8:45 am 1st Activity Block
10:15 am Rest break
10:30 am 2nd Activity Block
12:00 pm Lunch Break
1:00 pm 3rd Activity Block
2:30 pm Rest Break
2:45 pm 4th Activity Block
4:15 pm Camp End
4:15 pm - 4:30 pm Camper Pick-up
