Inflammatory bowel disease in children research

Congratulations to Dr. Troy Perry for receiving a $60,000 WCHRI innovation grant to study T cell populations and the associated microbiome in pediatric IBD. Dr. Perry says, “This study will identify cells of the immune system and bacteria that are causing inflammatory bowel disease in children. This will provide new information to help in our search for a cure.”
