Dr. Daniel Skubleny successfully defends his PhD thesis defence "Strategies and Advancements for Personalized Medicine in Gastric Cancer."

The Rayat Laboratory recently celebrated Dr. Daniel Skubleny (back row second from right)'s successful thesis defence. "Strategies and Advancements for Personalized Medicine in Gastric Cancer." (See article below). Dr. Gina Rayat's laboratory work revolves around islet transplantation's impact on patients with Type 1 diabetes. Additional areas of research include gastric cancer, postnatal development of islets, and the effect of novel nucleosides on Mycobacterium tuberculosis.
