This one-acre mixed-crop garden is on south campus. Here, community and student participants learn about local food production through volunteer work, and educational workshops on many topics—from composting and beekeeping to planting and canning.

Located on Augustana campus in Camrose, Alberta, this garden gives student volunteers the opportunity to learn all about gardening. The garden’s produce is donated to the Augustana cafeteria and the Augustana chapel’s Tuesday night soup suppers.

Edmonton Organic Grower's Guild Garden

This organic farm on south campus is run by community volunteers. Volunteers take the fruits, vegetables and herbs they need, and donate the rest. As a result, thousands of pounds of produce from the garden go to local charities, including the Campus Food Bank.

Farmers' Market

The Students’ Union Building (SUB) hosts a weekly Farmers’ Market. The market runs every Thursday (during the school year) from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. with vendors offering fresh, local produce and other sustainable products.
