Residents in Lister Hall and Peter Lougheed Hall can choose sustainable diets every day. Dining Services ensures that local, Fairtrade and plant-based options are available, and educational materials in the dining halls shows students how to make informed choices.

It's easy to recycle in any residence, and organics collection has been integrated into the East Campus residences and Lister Hall's dining areas.

Office of Sutainability Volunteers living in residence can act as leaders by researching and sharing information with their neighbours. We provide educational tools to help reduce waste, conserve energy and water and get involved in creating an inclusive community. These positions are ideal for students who are self-motivated, creative and excited to encourage sustainability in residence life.

Applications are accepted at the beginning of Fall term each year.
