Photoshop Elements I - Introduction

This is an introductory course for those wanting to manipulate and/or create pixel based photos and graphics with Adobe Photoshop Elements. The student will become comfortable with both the Elements Organizer and the Elements Editor environment while learning to use many tools, panels and techniques to manage and manipulate images and graphics in a nondestructive manner. They will also explore the various ways to output files for both web and print.

*It is recommended that students bring photos on a CD-ROM either taken from a digital camera, or from a scanner. If however applicants cannot supply their own images, stock images will be available at the course.

*This course is currently being taught in its latest version. If you are using an earlier version please let us know and we can provide you with the appropriate manual.


Basic computer concepts/skills and knowledge of Windows / Mac OS X

Registering at least one week before the deadline is recommended as this class may fill up or be cancelled due to low enrollment.
