- Eva Koppelhus, assistant professor and curator of the University of Alberta's Paleobotanical Collection, Faculty of Science - appointed as the new curator of the Paleobotanical Collection
- Geraint Osborne, associate professor of sociology, Augustana - 2014-2015 Augustana Faculty Teaching Leadership Award
- Scott Person, graduate students, Faculty of Science - his research into the claw prints of the Dainonychosaur has landed at number 95 in Discover Magazine's top 100 stories of 2015
- Randy Wimmer, Interim Dean of Education - reappointed for an additional term as Interim Dean
- Roderick J. Wood, F.R. (Dick) Matthews Q.C. Professor of Business Law, Faculty of Law - Publication of the second edition of Bankruptcy and Insolvency Law by Irwin Law
- The Faculty of Pharmacy & Pharmaceutical Sciences - proposal submitted to implement the Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree program in 2017 (We realize that this one is more of a "best of luck!" at this point, so, best of luck!)
