As part of an update to the Human Resource Services (HRS) website, the University Relations digital team and HRS assessed HR content based on audience. They found website users could be split into two groups:

  • Employees
  • Human Resource Practitioners

This distinction provided a way to re-organize content that would make it easier for both audiences to find what they were looking for.

Going forward, information on your employment, employee benefits, support for life events, health and wellbeing resources, learning and development opportunities, and pay & tax can now be found on the redesigned Faculty and Staff website.

Information for those with human resources, management, or supervisory responsibilities can still be found on the HRS site.
