Orange Shirt Day was held around campus on September 30 to honour and remember the experiences and loss of the thousands of children who were stolen from their families and placed in Indian Residential Schools.

Augustana kicked the year off with a Beer + Bands celebration in the Quad, featuring their very own faculty band, The Men Who Fell to Earth!

The U of A was also honored by a visit from Princess Takamado.

On September 27, U of A students joined in the Global Climate Strike, marching from main quad to the Alberta Legislature.
